Here, we find daily inspiration in traditional mountain products and cooking methods, always selecting top-quality ingredients for our kitchen. We are passionate about sausages, pork, traditional stews, and produce that has grown in the mountains since time immemorial, such as mushrooms and asparagus. But we also embark on a culinary journey through other regions of our country, including oven-baked cod, fresh fish from the Algarve coast, octopus, and the unmissable tuna belly. Open seasonally.
