RESERVATION POLICIES

Rate Policy

Flexible Rate
You can cancel up to 3 days before arrival. You shall pay in total if you cancel less than 3 days before arrival.

 

Non-Refundable

You pay the total amount if you cancel at any moment and you have to pay it in full when booking.

 

Guarantee Policy

In order to access all the services, we require that you have a valid credit card during your stay

 

Deposit Policy

In case of unavailable credit card, it may be necessary to make a deposit to guarantee your reservation.

 

No-show Policy

In case of no-show, the hotel will charge according the cancellation policies of the booked rate.

 

Credit cards accepted

American Express, Visa,  Maestro, Mastercard and other internationally accepted cards.

 

Check in and Check Out

Check-in from 4 pm and check-out until 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and conditions with prior consultation with the hotel.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

 

Children’s Policy

Babies until 3 years old, children from the age of 4 to 12 years. 12+ are considered adults.

Baby cots are available on request and subject to availability.

Babies under the age of 4 years stay free and eat free on the same meal basis, according to the rate booked by their parents;

 

Extra Beds

Extra beds are not available at the resort.

A 3rd adult or children with 2 adults will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room of the suite.

 

RESORT’S POLICIES

 

Spa

For safety reasons, access to the Gym and Spa areas is only available to guests over 16 years of age.

Guest access to the Spa area is not included in the rates, unless otherwise specified.

 

Smoking

The hotel operates a no smoking policy.

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.

 

Minimum Age Policy

To sign the check-in at the hotel, guests must have a minimum age of 18 years.

 

Policy to Unlock Safes:

The hotel is not liable for any object or document that has not been left in their custody. However, the rooms have a safe for your personal use during your stay.

In an urgent situation, please contact Reception. The safe may only be opened in the presence of the guest.

 

Parking

The hotel has private parking for guests and visitors .

All cars parked in the park will be registered. We recommend that you leave your car locked.

The Hotel is not liable for damage to third parties or theft occurred to the car

Personal data provided is confidential and will not be shared with any other entity.

The data will be added to our database only for statistical studies of the Hotel and to inform guests of future promotions, events and news.
