# Reservation Policies

 
**Cancellation and Reservations:**

 
**FREE Rate**

  
**high season**

 
Cancellation: From June to September cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date. Reschedulable up to 3 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

 
Payment: To guarantee the reservation, regardless of the season, the hotel will request a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation, through a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer or MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

Cancellation: From Octuber to May cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date. Reschedulable up to 1 day before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
