- The experience is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- The experience is for single use, valid for one person.
- The experience is available from Monday to Thursday, with the spa being available from 9:30am to 7pm and Afternoon Tea from 11am to 7pm.
- All experiences must be used on the same day.
- Unused experiences will not be replaced, postponed or refunded in cash.
- Treatments will be carried out at the Sensorial Spa, while Afternoon Tea will be held at the Serra or Mezzanine Restaurant.
